Immediate VS Long-Term Integration

Most people miss this part of integration. And that's why "going back to normal" feels inevitable.

But it’s not because staying in an expansive state, aligned with your truth, is unrealistic. It's because you're not sticking to integration long-term.

You’ve had a breakthrough.

Or if you’re like most of my clients (coaches, yoga teachers, therapists, breathwork facilitators), you’ve had many experiences breaking out of the matrix.

You don’t want to forget.

✨ Immediate integration (starts as soon as the ceremony ends) helps ground your transcendental experience into your day-to-day life.
✨ Long-term integration is what sustains that expansion, inspiration, and connection to yourself until it becomes your baseline!

It took decades to engrain the beliefs, behaviors, and patterns that shape who we think we are. Healing doesn’t owe us to be fast.

💡 When we don’t actively stay in this state of consciousness, we return to our unconscious patterns, beliefs, and emotions, not changing the overall course of our lives — within weeks, if not days.

But once you’ve broken out of the matrix, you don’t really have the choice to not do the work to stay conscious.

Integration is about becoming more conscious than the unconscious programs running your life.

"𝐔𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬, 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐭𝐞." — 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐠

This is the work. This is the practice. This is why community and ongoing support matter.

When it’s so much easier to forget than to remember, not engaging in long-term integration is like stacking the odds against yourself.

That’s why I created The 6-Month Integration Experience. An immersive training to help you sustain, deepen, and expand the work. It is where you get to shift at the identity-level, practising being in Self so consistently that forgetting is no longer an option.

(And the next ceremony will just take you to your next level.)

* My hunch is that if you haven't engaged in long-term integration yet, it is because we're creating this new model for lasting, sustainable change.

💫 This is self-actualization work.

It took a year for my therapist to say, “I’m starting to see a change in you.”
