What is Psychedelic Coaching?

  • Have you been curious about psychedelics, overwhelmed by the sea of information, and a bit terrified to dive in on your own? Dive into a comprehensive session exploring various psychedelic compounds, understanding their effects at different dosages, their impact on the brain, recognizing risks and contraindications, and identifying which one (if any) might be the most beneficial for YOU.

    We will examine your history, lifestyle, motivations, and other factors to determine your best psychedelic (or non-psychedelic) path forward.

    It’s simple: what you put in, you take out. Regardless of the dosage, the depth of your preparation directly influences the depth of your experience. Starting early and preparing thoroughly — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — sets the stage for a journey where you can fully surrender and trust in the medicine, leading to a more profound and transformative experience.

    In this phase, you'll receive targeted exercises and prompts designed to:

    • Clarify Your Intentions and Strengthen Your 'Why': Delve deep into the purpose and core reasons behind your journey and learn how to stay rooted in your intention during ceremony.

    • Increase Awareness of Limiting Beliefs and Patterns: Identify and understand the obstacles that may be holding you back and sabotaging your most cherished goals.

    • Learn Self-Regulation Techniques: In the weeks leading up to the ceremony, you will practice the skill of regulating and navigating through your mind, body, and psyche. This will prepare you to stay grounded and navigate the ups and downs of a high-dose experience.

    • Train Your Intuition: The journey does not begin at the ceremony; it begins the moment you set a date for the ceremony. Together, we’ll fine-tune your intuitive power by observing emerging themes in the weeks leading up to your journey and learning the skill of allowing.

    • Learn What to Expect: We’ll go through logistical preparations (e.g., what to bring to your ceremony), questions to ask your facilitator or shaman, and the physical and psychological effects of various psychedelics at different dosages.

    • Watch Out for Spiritual Bypassing: Many (and I mean, MANY) people walk out of psychedelic experiences with an inflated sense of self, believing themselves to be fully “cured,” enlightened, or even developing a messiah complex. Proper preparation ensures you enter and exit the experience grounded, more in tune with your essence and less with your ego.
