It started with a client’s microdosing coaching session

If she forgets EVERYTHING we just talked about, I thought, I want her to have a place where all the crucial information and safety guidelines are easily available.

FAQ

    • People who have never taken psychedelics and want to dip their toes in the safest way possible.

    • People who have used psychedelics recreationally and want to pivot into using them for personal and spiritual growth, improved productivity, enhanced creativity, and accessing flow states.

    • People who have microdosed before but haven’t quite received all the benefits and want to optimize their protocol and routines.

  • A few of the benefits include:

    • Elevating mood

    • Increasing concentration & productivity

    • Reducing procrastination

    • Enhancing creativity & innovative thinking

    • Helping you get out of your head and into your body

    • Grounding you into the present moment & being more mindful

    • Reducing stress, making daily life more manageable

    • Reducing resistance for implementing healthier habits

    • Heightening self-awareness and personal insight, aiding in personal growth and self-improvement (*very effective when paired with coaching)

  • Yes! Despite what you might have been taught as a child, psychedelics like LSD and psilocybin mushrooms are among the safest substances known. In fact, there has never been a documented lethal dose. On the other hand, substances like alcohol, heroin, and crack cocaine are among the most harmful.

Psychedelics are actually beneficial for the brain! They aid the process of neuroplasticity, which is the brain’s ability to form new neurons, recover old neurons, and make new connections. This is why many individuals, when consuming psychedelics, experience a surge of creativity, come up with new solutions, think new thoughts, and are able to learn!

All in all, not only are psychedelics safe, but microdosing, in particular, is extremely safe for healthy individuals.

However, there is a category of individuals, like those previously impacted by severe trauma or with mental and physical health issues, who should be cautious and consult healthcare professionals before microdosing. The Microdosing Guide covers risks, contraindications, as well as interactions with other substances.

  • Unfortunately, in the majority of the world, psychedelics are still largely illegal. The Microdosing Guide neither promotes illegal activities nor provides sourcing information. However, it acknowledges that such activities take place and offers harm-reduction education.

Since the dawn of time, not only humans but also animals have sought to access altered states of consciousness. The Microdosing Guide and its reflective journal prompts are designed to quench the seekers' thirst for self-actualization through safe guidelines and best practices before, during, and after using psychedelics

  • The micro doses are so small that you either don’t feel them — the way you don’t really feel an aspirin or coffee — or you barely feel them.

It is recommended that the first time you microdose, you clear your schedule and have a trusted person hold space for you, just in case it gets overwhelming.

By the second or third time you microdose, you should be able to go about your daily life and work as usual. The goal is to experience mild effects that boost your energy, reduce reactivity, and help you be more present in your life, rather than render you inactive for the entire day.

  • This may happen. This guide was created for seekers who are uncertain about hiring a coach to assist them on their journey and those who want to go about it on their own. However, working with a professional who can be a witness of the stories you tell yourself, call you out, guide you to what works and what doesn’t, will always be the best and safest approach.

If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed or confused, reach out! I offer:

    • One-off sessions,

    • 6-or-8 session packages,

    • And long-term ongoing support.

Let’s jump on a call to answer ANY burning questions you have but also create a customized microdosing plan that reflects YOU and your vision!

  • “I am so happy with this microdose guide! Alexandra clearly knows her stuff. The guide provides everything you need, all in one place. It's a great reference for understanding all the different medicines and protocols, as well as a fantastic journal for tracking your journey. As a psychedelic coach, I needed something that would not only be beneficial for me but for my clients as well. I highly recommend it. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced, there is something in it for everybody."

There are 3 basic freedoms.

The freedom to explore yourself,

The freedom to explore the world (sometimes called “science”),

& The freedom to explore the Divine.

Laws against psychedelics restrict all three.

A fourth freedom is to maximize your own healing capacity.
